Brian from California sends us photos of his Toyota Tacoma with our 2005-2011 winch mount bumper along with some Van Beest shackles. He also added a Smittybilt XRC9500 winch and a pair of 36w, 6″ 4D spot LED pods without blocking the winch clutch lever. The bigger lights blocked off easy access to plugging in his winch control cable but he uses in cab controls so it does’t matter much to him. Nice job!
Josh from Texas sends us some photos of his 2014 TRD Tacoma with our winch bumper optioned with our Teflon infused powder coating, Warn M8000S winch and Van Beest shackles. Notice how the cable control port on the box clears any braces even though it’s vertical. Great installation photos. Very clean install!

Today we have some interesting photos from Joe in Switzerland. He bought our FJ bumper along with an Engo 12000lb winch but had to deal with some interesting requirements to install it in Switzerland. I’ll quote Joe below:
“HERE SOME PICTURES OF MY TOYOTA FJ CRUISER 2007 FOR FREE USE.
IN SWITZERLAND IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO INSTALL A WINCH. THERE ARE SOME CONDITIONS:
THE CAR MUST BE PRODUCED BEFORE 2010
ALL PARTS WHO COULD BLESS PEDESTRIANS, MUST BE PROTECTED (SHACKLE MOUNTS!)
WINCH-OPENINGS HAVE TO BE SMALLER THAN 80 MM
THE OPENING ITSELF HAS TO BE CLOSED BY A GRID
SO, THAT WAS A REAL CRUX!! I SPENT HOURS BY SEARCHING A PROTECTION FOR THE SHACKLE MOUNTS…
BY ACCIDENT I FOUND AN ADVERTISEMENT OF A SMALL 3-D-PRINTING COMPANY, CALLED “EXAPARTS”, ONLY 5 KM AWAY. I ONLY HAD TO DESIGN THE PROTECTOR IN 3D AND TO DAYS LATER I COULD INSTALL THE PROTECTORS MADE OF
STRONG PLASTIC MATERIAL.
BY THE WAY: THEY CAN PRINT ALMOST ANY RARE SPECIAL PART FOR CAR INTERIOR / EXTERIOR OR RESTORATION.
THE TOTAL DISMANTLING AND MANTLING OF YOUR BUMPER AND THE ENGO 10’000 WINCH TOOK 3 ½ HOURS.
MOST OF THE TIME I SPENT BY UNSCREW THE TOYOTA FRONT STEEL PROFILE… AN INCREDIBLE BODY-BUILDING EXECISE!
THE FITTING ACCURACY AND THE WORKMANSHIP OF YOUR FRONT BUMPER IS AMAZING!
THE SHACKLES MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL I FOUND IN AN ENGLISH YACHT OUTFITTER.”
So, a very neat way of dealing with his country’s laws and requirements. Very nice job!
Cole from Colorado sends us some photos of his 2008 Tacoma with our 05-11 winch mount bumper with our Teflon infused powder coat option, Engo 10k winch with synthetic rope and wireless controller and Van Beest shackles. Notice the factory skid plate and how he kept the factory grille work above the bumper. Very incognito! The Method wheels really top things off!
Erik from Wyoming sends us photos of his Supercharged 2015 Tacoma featuring our winch bumper in our special Teflon infused silver powder coat and a Smittybilt 9500lb winch with steel cable. Erik has also added a 3″ ToyTec Boss lift with American racing wheels wrapped in BFG KO2 tires.
To top it off he has a Magnuson Supercharger making 325hp/375 ft lbs all exiting Flowmaster duals.
